I took a look at your account and I do see that your Shopify store is connected, and set to automatically sync your orders. It looks like you made some shipments yesterday that synced from your Shopify store.
We did not have other reports of issues syncing Shopify stores, so this was likely account specific. We do sync with Shopify once every hour, unless you select to "Sync with Store" on the orders page.
Additionally, you may want to make sure your orders are unfulfilled on Shopify and that the products on your orders are "Shippable" in Shopify.
I did notice you have multiple users. It looks like all users have selected to view all orders (not just orders assigned to them). However, you may want to make sure the "All orders" on the orders page, and "All Shipments" on Ready to Ship and Shipment History is selected for your users in the future.
