Scan form for multiple stores

I have 1 shipping easy account, but we ship from 2 different locations.  The current scan form has a filter for 'Stores' but it is to filter the scan form based on where the sale originated (not quite sure why that would be helpful).

Is there a way to filter based on where the USPS is picking up the packages (ie which User printed the label)?  We can't currently use the scan form as it lumps all the orders into a batch.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for posting in our forums!

USPS SCAN forms are generated per your ship from location. It appears your shipping address is being applied from your store settings. All of your stores have the  **482 zip code applied. I also see the **482 zip code as an option in your SCAN form creation page under "the "origin zip code" filter.

It looks like your two locations are shipping from the same zip code, but have different addresses. You are correct that you have the option to filter your orders per store on the left side of the SCAN form creation page. Some customers use this filter because each integrated store ships from a specific location.

If your two locations ship at different times, you could have one location ship, then create the SCAN form, then the other location ship, then create their SCAN form. Once a shipment is added to the SCAN form it cannot be added to another SCAN form. You could also manually select  a set of individual shipments on the SCAN form creation page, if you have a list of recipients or tracking numbers for your location.

I've included some links below that describe how to filter and create your scan form.

Currently the option to filter the SCAN form per user (or address) is unavailable, however if you would like to make a feature request for that option I would be happy to recategorize this post- just let me know.

Let me know if you have further questions!
