Sorry you were having trouble adding this feature! I did look at your account on Monday and I was able to reproduce the issue you were experiencing. However when our developers took a look today we saw you were able to add your second store. I was also able to select BigCommerce as a platform when attempting to add a new store.

In short, I'm glad this is now working for you! Since this option was available at the time my developers looked into your account, we are unable to see why this was historically not an option. If you have further issues, please let us know and I would be happy to have them take another look.
