Dear Team, 

When Return Shipping Label is created and "Send Buyer Return Shipping Email" check box is checked under Store Settings, ShippingEasy will automatically email the return shipping label to the customer in PDF format. I believe the format for this label matches the default format set for the company under Labels Sizes and Printing Options section.

The issue of course is that the format the company uses is tailored specifically to their equipment setup, which is most likely a thermal printer. An average consumer will not have a thermal printer, and may not be familiar with different ways Adobe Acrobat is capable of re-sizing a 4"x6" label to fit nicely on a 8.5"x11" sheet of paper. So depending on their default Adobe print settings, the end result could be all over the place. Therefore it would be very helpful to default these return labels to half sheet of the 8.5"x11" paper size. This way there will be little variation in print output.

To make it even better (provided that the ability for us to edit return order content, such as product details, gets implemented), it would be even better to default it to "Half Sheet w/ Packing slip", which would printthe label on top half, and whatever portion of the order customer decides to return on the bottom half (as edited by us).
