Amazon Label/Packing Slip Requirements

Hello,

Has anyone else integrated with Amazon - pulling order information into ShippingEasy for postage purchase and label/packing slip creation - resolved Amazon's requirement to have Business Buyer PO# on the packing slip and postage label?

Thank  you very much for your feedback. It looks you had shared this in our Community Forums a bit earlier this month.  We appreciate your contribution to our community forums.

It looks like that through Amazon's Business Seller Program requirements  you can also include the information in a separate form or an invoice. 

We are considering this on our list of suggested enhancements and will direct customers with a similar request to this page. This helps us to prioritize requests and also gain valuable feedback.

Hello,

Thank you. That might be, however, without the field indicating it is a business buyer or a purchase with an entered PO value, we would manually have to look at each order. Kind of defeats the purpose of the system.

We'll see what happens once/if Amazon starts penalizing sellers for not including this information. Thank you again!

Has this been resolved yet?? It is a big deal to Amazon, and it would seem like it would be big enough for SE to add so that their customers can do everything they need to do in SE.

If it has been added, how do I activate the feature?

Thank you very much for following up on this topic. There have not yet been any updates on this topic to share. We are waiting on guidance from Amazon; we have reached out to the Amazon product team and have not heard back on this. Specifically, our team is waiting on some example labels to see how Amazon's own shipping services are going to support this.

Once we do have some further guidance, we will investigate further the implementation. We will be sure to post updates to this topic to this post.

This would be a valuable service for ShippingEasy customers who participate in the Amazon Business program.  I'm going to take an unsubstantiated guess that these are some of your larger users.

At least give us a flag on the Orders page so we can take action manually, then eventually add more automation around this.
