I paused my account for a bit which put me back on the Starter level. Now, I'd like to get things back up and running and update my logo. Every time I remove the old logo and add the new logo, I save and go back into the settings and the old logo is there again. Please tell me how to make this stick!
Additionally, I see that I have 6 new orders in the dashboard, but when I look at the New Orders, nothing is listed. Please help me show all new orders.

Hi Sharon - Welcome back to ShippingEasy and thank you for posting to the forums!
Regarding your logo, this frequently happens as a caching issue with certain browsers. Would you please remove your logo completely in Store Settings, then select to clear your cache, then try uploading again. Another option is to clear the logo, then upload the new logo in another browser.
