I couldn't find an order twice so I re-created it. Being a new user this was easy to do. However, I only printed one of the three orders I created. I was wondering if I could get a refund on my postage payment.

Thanks for posting in our forums!

You can certainly cancel any labels in your Shipment History as long as they were purchased within the last 10 days and never included on a USPS SCAN form. 

This link, How to: Cancel a label, will explain exactly how to locate and cancel labels from your Shipment History and also details the refund process.

Additionally, any orders still in your Orders screen, are pre-postage purchase, meaning they have no postage added yet. They can be removed manually by deleting them using the instructions in our Support Center Article - How to: Delete an order.
