Transfer a website platform

My website used to prestashop platform and I have shipping easy account with it, but now I transfer my website to woo commerce platform ,so how can I change my shippingeasy  account to wordpress, or I have to create a new account

Hello Khanh -

With your ShippingEasy account, you can connect an unlimited number of stores. So, whether you are adding a new platform or taking your sales to a different platform, you can use the same ShippingEasy account.
If your WooCommerce store is up and running, you can integrate it with ShippingEasy. Please use the following guide:

Once your orders are syncing from WooCommerce, you can disconnect your Prestashop store from ShippingEasy. Please use this guide:
