All of a sudden your app stopped working- I cant sign in, ive changed my password and still doesn't work. I need to resolve asap! HElp!

I have the exact same issue, and of course I need to track a package I shipped here ASAP.

Hi - I'm sorry to hear that you all have run into this trouble!

We've recently heard from some other customers about this issue and they were able to get back in by logging out of ShippingEasy, clearing their browser's cookies, and then logging back in. I would recommend you try the same.

If you are using Google Chrome, please find steps to clear cookies here. 

If you are using another browser, please use links for the steps for clearing cache/cookies in the article below:

I cleared cookies and browser data and still am unable to sign in.

I tried to reset the password, but I just get an error message the says, "you have been logged out due to inactivity"

Hi Gil,

Can you try accessing your ShippingEasy account using another web browser? 

We would be very interested to know if the issue still persists when trying from a different web browser and/or computer.

I am able to log in to shippingeasy with edge, and also with an incognito chrome window. I am unable to log in with a regular chrome window, I get the same "you have been logged out due to inactivity" even after clearing cookies.

Gil, thank you for the update.

Recent developments have led us to believe that it may be necessary, when clearing cookies in Chrome, to select "From the beginning of time" as the option for 'Obliterate the following items from'.

This will be necessary when using a regular or incognito Chrome window.

Can you please try that and let us know your results?

clearing cookies "from the beginning of time" did solve the problem
