Redesign Packing Slip Options

Hello, I am running into a problem with our packing slip not showing shipping charges or discounts, I have looked into adjusting the template but this information doesn't seem accessible. We have had several phone calls from people who were upset because their total shown on the packing slip didn't reflect what they were charged for shipping, or the discount coupon that they entered… it seems to leave a bad first impression.

We were trying to set this up to be really efficient. It isn't efficient if we have to manually go into each order and create a line item for their discounts and shipping. It is frustrating because this information shows on our Amazon invoices... but isn't carried over into ShippingEasy. Having someone manually adjust each order isn't a timely solution considering our aim to make things flow smoothly. Can you please remedy this as soon as possible?

Hello Kathryn, thank you for posting to our community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems adding shipping charges and discounts to your Packing Slips.

We checked your account, and reapplied the variables to your template and verified all settings appear to be correct.

I noticed that many of your Amazon orders from Shipment History are displaying a shipping paid value, however if that value is incorrect, we would certainly like to investigate further. Could you email support directly using the link in the top left corner of your account, with any order numbers and screenshots from Amazon displaying the shipping charges? 

In the meantime, you might consider omitting the totals from your packing slips and instead add a note to your customer to refer to their amazon order confirmation for payment info.

Regarding the Discount Amount field that you you have added to your templates, that feature is currently only available for select store platforms. Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Volusion, and WooCommerce.

If your coupon amounts are not displaying from these stores, please feel free to send that information to our support email as well.
