Dymo printer will not print label from shipping easy

 Prints perfect from the demo app.  Will not print from the ShippingEasy website.  States label sent to printer, but nothing ever prints.  Printer is also added and linked to our account...or appears to be.

Typically when printing from ShippingEasy directly, you will need to have ConnectEasy running on your computer. 

Can you check the toolbar in the top right corner of your Mac to see if the ConnectEasy icon is listed there? If so, please make sure it is connected.

If you are unable to locate the ConnectEasy icon in your toolbar, please launch it from your Applications folder.

If ConnectEasy is running and connected, please check your Printers & Scanners settings to confirm your Dymo printer is not paused, and ready to print.
