Order numbers Shopify vs Shipping Easy

My Shopify Order #'s have a prefix that is dropped by Shipping Easy's shipping confirmation and labels. Can I do anything about this?

Hi Liz and thank you for posting to our community!

The Shopify Order Number displayed in ShippingEasy is the original order number created by Shopify. If you have a custom order number prefix or suffix, ShippingEasy will display it in the Alternate Order Number field.

Unfortunately ShippingEasy is currently only able to the Alternate Order Number on the Orders page and in Packing Slips.

May I suggest that you post this in our Feature Request forum? I don't see that this has been requested before. So, would you add a new post to this section:

Feature Requests - Productivity: Features, Interface & Settings

This will allow our CEO and Product Team to see your feedback first hand.
