How to find orders that were created before integrate?

Hello, 

I just integrated my Amazon store with shippingeasy today. 

How can I find previous order on shippingeasy? I search on the order id but it shows there "No matching orders found".

I have a return request order and want to buy prepaid return label on Shippingeasy, but cannot find this order.

Please Help. Thank you!

Hello Jackson and thank you for posting to our community!

Upon initial integration ShippingEasy will sync orders, currently in Awaiting payment and Awaiting fulfillment statuses, from the last 14 days. 

Orders older than 14 days old will not automatically download after integration. We recommend creating manual orders for any missing orders over 14 days old.

If the missing orders are not older than 14 days, and are in one of the statuses listed above that will sync, can you please email us directly at issues@shippingeasy.com

When emailing, please be sure to provide your full name, your ShippingEasy account name, the missing order numbers, and mention your request for missing orders.
