In the SKU column of the export file SKU the field sees UPC codes as Scientific Numbers. Is there a way to send this as Number with no decimals or a text file?

All columns are General. Is there anything that can be done to change this when we download CSV files?

I believe we were able to respond to your email directly regarding this. Most likely you will need to adjust the format for the SKU column to 'Numbers' within your spreadsheet program.

Is it possible for you to check your Spreadsheet program's formatting options and make sure it is formatting the SKU column as "Numbers" instead of "General"?
If the column is already formatted for Numbers, and the problem persists, could you email support using the contact options in the top left of your account, with a copy of the CSV file you received, so we may take a closer look at it?
