Shipping Easy Communicating with Magento After Shipment

Just switched over from Dazzle to Shipping Easy. So far everything has been going smooth except for the status Shipping Easy/Magento places the shipped orders into. In Magento, we have our shipped orders marked as "shipped." This is required in order for our FOH system to sync with Magento and our website correctly.  Since Shipping Easy is having these marked as COMPLETE in Magento we are having to manually go back in and change them to SHIPPED status in Magento at the end of each day. 

We would love for there to be an update made soon that would allow the user to customize or select what the shipped order gets marked as.

We greatly appreciate thoughts like this as it helps us to learn more about each user's work flow. Could you share a bit more as to marking your orders as shipped instead of complete? What FOH system do you use- is it a plugin within Magento? 

At this time, the majority of Magento users update their items to completed once they are shipped- which is the workflow our Magento- ShippingEasy plugin currently follows.
