Would the inventory management be available to Magentro stores soon? And can the inventory sync between 2-3 multiple stores. Thanks

Hi Betty,

Thank you for your interest in our new inventory management solution. Right now we support a one-way sync with Magento. This means that whenever an order pulls in from your Magento store we will adjust the available stock in ShippingEasy. We are not yet able to send your updated stock levels back to your Magento store but we do hope to add more store platforms to our two-way sync in the future. As of now, we are still accepting all requests and feedback before making decisions on the next store platforms to focus on.

In regards to your second question, yes your inventory can sync between multiple store platforms. ShippingEasy should act as the single source of truth and will consolidate all of your inventory changes in one central location. You can read more about which store platforms we currently support and how to set up either the one-way or two-way sync here: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/211021763-Can-ShippingEasy-send-inventory-updates-to-my-store-

Hi Galen,

Good news! We're planning to add support for 2-way inventory sync to our Magento 2 integration in June. We don't yet have a scheduled release date but I will update this post as we progress with this request.

We do yet have any plans to add 2-way inventory support to our Magento 1 integration as each of these are built and supported as separate store types. We have had more requests from customers upgrading to the new Magento 2 integration which is why we're initially adding support there.

I think I voted about this somewhere else but my vote is for Magento 1.  You may have more new customers asking about Magento 2 but I can guarantee you have more Mag 1 stores right now than 2. This would be huge upgrade for them (and us). Just my 2 cents.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.

Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
