I purchased an international shipping label; however, the product was on backorder and couldn't send the order as indicated on the label. How can I change the shipping date?

Thanks for your reply. I called customer service as I needed to ship the package as soon as possible, and was told by customer service that I should be fine using an out dated label.
The label got purchased two weeks ago, and I had to put the shipping on hold for backorder. Now that I was ready to ship, I used the out dated label and took it to the near USPS office. At the office, I was told that I couldn't use an outdated label and had to purchase a new one.
Now, I would like to get a credit on account for future use. I created a new account. Would I be able to edit the label for future use/ new shipping OR have a credit on account?
Please advise.

At this point, we would still recommend you cancel the label and then purchase a new one using the duplicate option. Any labels you cancel will automatically have a refund requested, which typically takes 2-3 weeks to process by Endicia.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the date on a label that has already been purchased. You can, however, cancel the label using the instructions in the link below, and then duplicate it later when the shipment is ready to be sent.
