From the ShippingEasy knowledge base:
"For both Domestic and International, only the 4" x 6" Label or 4" x 6" Label (w/ Packing Slip) options, for printing to 4" x 6" label paper, are compatible."
This is true, but I don't understand why. I like to print my labels 2-per-page, so I have to go into the settings to change that any time I get a multi-piece order. Seems like that should be an easy fix.

Thank you very much for your post! When we were first developing support for multi-box shipments, the vast majority of multi-box users make use of the 4x6 label. We have also found that this has continued to support multi-box users since the initial development of this feature.
We are considering adding additional label formats for the future and it is under consideration for prioritization. If you know of any other sellers that would benefit from additional label format support for multi-box shipments, please share this thread them and ask them to comment or follow. We will also ask sellers with a similar request to comment on this thread. This helps us to learn how many users support each feature request!

Thanks for responding. Hopefully other sellers have the same concerns. I like to print the labels 2 per sheet to save paper. I think the 4x6 label option is for users who print on the sticky-back label sheets. I'm too cheap to buy those!
