I am trying to add a manual order (as I do often) and it keeps saying "Weight is required for Quick Ship" however I am entering the weight. It won't let me continue.

Thank you for the response, but I actually got it figured out. When I use my small laptop, the pop up screen that opens to entered a manual order is too big and it cuts off the bottom where I can click "save and get rate". There's now way to scroll down and see it either. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about that. Thank you though.

Thank you for the additional information Tabitha. While the Manual Order modal window has a scroll bar on the right, to move the information within it up and down, it will not control the location of the modal window location within your computer screen.
You might try changing the screen resolution on your laptop to a higher setting, allowing you to view more on the screen at one time.

While weight is required for Quick Ship, it is possible the weight you have entered may be invalid for the Quick Ship option you are choosing.
Can you provide more details regarding the weight entered and the Quick Ship option you selected when receiving the error?
