Integration to 3dcard

Hello! I received an email back in June notifying me that in order for Shipping Easy to continue to be integrated with 3dcart, I would have to reconfigure something by July 1st. I did not do this or change anything, but Shipping Easy appears to still be communicating with 3dcart.

Can you tell me if something changed with my integration and if I indeed need to do something? Thank you!

Hello Natalie, and thank you for posting to our community!

As of July 1st, 2016, 3dCart ceased to support their "legacy" integration software. This meant that if you were using their legacy integration, you would simply need to reintegrate your 3dCart store to ShippingEasy to utilize our new software integration.

I'm not sure why your Legacy 3dCart integration continues to work, but I would encourage you to reintegrate as soon as possible.

Reintegration is easy. First you'll archive your existing 3dcart store, then integrate again to access the new software.

We've created some help content to walk you though the process - take your pick!

One thing to keep in mind: you may want to wait until you've shipped all orders - leaving your ShippingEasy Orders page empty. This will help to prevent duplicate orders (pulled in once from the legacy store and again from the new store). We have some additional reintegration tips outlined here. If that doesn't work with your shipping process, please be careful upon initially reintegrating.

Once you've reintegrated, review your Orders page for duplicates. If you see duplicate unshipped orders, it's best to filter orders to the legacy store and clear out any duplicates. This will allow you to ship from the new store and us to update back!

Thank you and happy shipping!
