I am unable to sign in (too many redirects), and I have followed all of the instructions for clearing cookies and cache, going back to the beginning of time, etc. I have cleared all of this data from every device I could have possibly used ShippingEasy from, and yet, when I go to log in, I'm still stuck. I've got a lot of orders to ship out, and I'm definitely frustrated at this point. I've even tried using my son's computer and different browsers, with the same result. Can someone please help me? Every answer from help desk people on this forum has the same information - all things I have tried. :(

Sorry to hear you have had troubles logging in. Looking at your account now, it seems you were able to get logged in. If that is not the case, please see below in order to troubleshoot further.
Since you have already cleared cookies and cache going back to the beginning of time and tried different browsers and another computer, I would recommend trying to rest your password using the process outlined in the link below:

If you don't see the rest password email in your inbox then you might try checking your spam folder. Also, please be sure to use the correct email address that you signed up for ShippingEasy with.
