Can't set up UPS integration with Shopify

ShippingEasy does not recognize my UPS information, even after entering multiple times exactly as it appears in my UPS profile.  Specifically, it rejects the 5-digit zip code.  Any suggestions?

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble entering in your UPS information for integration! This could be caused by a couple of issues. We have a great article that helps to resolve this: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203820959-Troubleshoot-Error-connecting-UPS-account

If that does not help, I have some follow up suggestions! First- information being entered is incorrect. Double checking the information that you're entering with a UPS rep could help resolve this. Another issue may be the date for the invoice. Please make sure you're using the calendar option presented to select the date instead of manually entering the date.
