Cannot log in - Did not receive confirmation email - Getting extremely frustrated

Good afternoon.

I signed up for a free trial last night and am concerned there was a typo in my email address as I never received a confirmation email and now I can't log in. My chat went unanswered for 20 minutes and, as you know, I am unable to get anyone on the phone. I would like to get this issue resolved before my free trial ends and I am charged for a service I cannot access. If this cannot be resolved today, I will be contacting my bank and instructing them not to process any charges from you.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had trouble signing in to your account. 

After doing some research I was able to locate two accounts with slight variations of your email address in our system. To update this for you and help you gain access to this account, please email us at issues@shippingeasy.com

I'm sorry to hear you have unable to access your account- I know this can be frustrating!  

Since you are currently on a paid plan, we can assist you via email at support@shippingeasy.com.  If you had a typo in the email address you registered with, we can let you know how the email address is currently spelled and how to adjust that once you log in.  

From your Facebook post, it sounds like you were able to resolve the issue after calling the Sales Department but please let us know if you have further questions.
