Paypal orders stopped being synched to my shippingeasy

My Paypal store WAS being imported into my orders section and it stopped doing this several weeks ago. Nothing I have tried can get the new orders to appear

Hi Susan,

Thank you for posting to our forums!  

Looking at your account, I see a PayPal order that synced on November 14th.  The store currently is showing as connected.  For PayPal orders,please keep in mind that Transactions (Payments Received) and Invoices are brought into ShippingEasy. Transactions come from outside sources (such as stores like Shopify) into PayPal and Invoices are generated inside PayPal.  

ShippingEasy will sync the following statuses:

- Transactions: Success, Pending, Processing

- Invoices: Sent, MarkedAsPaid, Partially Refunded

If you find that you are still missing PayPal orders even though they are in a status we sync, please send us an email at issues@shippingeasy.com with the invoice numbers so we can dig further into this for you.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for your message!  I'm sorry to hear you are missing PayPal orders as well.  

Looking at your account, I see that your PayPal store is currently showing as disconnected.  As such, I would recommend going to Settings then Stores & Orders and re-connecting the store.  

That should resolve the issue but if not, please feel free to reach out to us again here.

I am having the same issue. Everything seems to be connected correctly  and it has been working for many months.

We have recently seen some issues with PayPal orders syncing into ShippingEasy and have reached out to PayPal directly.  Our Product Team is waiting on their response and resolution.  You are also welcome to reach out to PayPal directly as well.  In the meantime, I recommend creating manual orders by following the steps listed here:  How to: Add a Manual Order
