I've just signed up with your service and am trying to process my first shipment.  It keeps erroring out with the message listed below.  
 
This is the error message we've received back from USPS:
Missing or invalid element: FromCompany. Error encountered (Log ID: 44616)
 
I've tried troubleshooting using info from the forums with no success.

I've very sorry for the delayed response. After checking your account, it appears you may have been able to resolve your issue after all.

Typically for an error regarding a Missing or Invalid element, we recommend checking the field specified, in this case the From Company field, to verify there are no special characters entered.

Usually you can check the address by clicking the Retry button to send the failed label back to the Ready to Ship page.
