I did not need Shipping Easy's services this month, so to avoid being charged, I canceled my account (as that was the only option I saw to not be charged for services I did not need). I had no idea that canceling the account would prevent me from viewing the shipments that I had already paid for. I figured at least I would have access to them through the date that my Shipping Easy account was paid for. However, when I tried to get tracking for a shipment, I found that I had NO access to my account at all. Nor could I call and talk to a human. I found Shipping Easy to be very nice while I was using it and would have returned when I had need to ship items again. However, since canceling my account, I have changed my mind. It has been extremely frustrating and I have a customer who is claiming she did not receive her item and I have NO way to track it. Please make it clearer what happens when you cancel an account. If there's ANY way for me to see information for ONE shipment, I would really love to be granted five minutes access to the shipments I paid for!
