Have the message "Processing. Please wait..." for printing purchased labels. How long? Should the the labels be cancelled? How do you cancel labels at this point of the process?

The time required for your labels to be available to print can vary based on how many labels you are processing and how busy the Endicia servers are.

If you find the Print Selected and Print All drop down menus are not functioning, we recommend first trying to refresh your web browser page, or testing in another browser.

If neither of those options work, it may be necessary to clear your web browsers cache.

Refreshed page and green Print icon showed labels ready to print. Drop down menus under "Print Selected" and "Print All" did not function. Printed labels individually.
