We receive orders that have multiple shipping addresses, but when they are imported from 3d cart, it treats it as if it is all going to one address. How do we get it to import a multi ship to order correctly?

In the meantime, you can split the order within ShippingEasy so you can ship to multiple recipients. Steps for doing that can be found in the article linked below:
