Pay On Use Return Labels Are set Up Through Endicia But Not Working On Shipping Easy

I followed the instructions via Shipping Easy and the external link to Endicia, even worked with an Endicia rep. My Endicia pay on use return labels account is now set up but I can't use it through Shipping Easy

Thank you for posting to our forums!  

I believe you should be good to go now as I responded to your email earlier today.  

For others that see this post:  if you are on the Starter plan, you can email us at issues@shippingeasy.com for assistance with turning this feature on. If you are on a paid plan (Basic or above), you can email us at support@shippingeasy.com for assistance with turning this feature on. Important:  For ALL plan types, please be sure you have contacted Endicia directly to enable this feature first before contacting us.  We can only turn it on after Endicia has enabled for your account.

Also, please keep in mind that you have to keep a minimum $200 balance in each Endicia account in order to use pay-on-use returns. This is mentioned in Endicia's Terms & Conditions:
