unable to track package / obtain refund

Hello,

I created (2) shipping labels on 7/11/16.  The label ending in -992 was never sent.  I cancelled the shipment back in July, but never received a refund to my account.

When I just tried to cancel again, I got a message in red stating that the data could not be found.

I also tried to track the package on the USPS website just now, but there is no information given there either.

Can you please assist?

Hello Mandy, and thank you for posting to our community.

In order to cancel a USPS label from ShippingEasy or Endicia, it must have been purchased within the last 30 days and never included on a USPS SCAN form. 

Unfortunately without the full order or tracking number I am unable to determine when exactly the label was purchased, however, if it was in July that will unfortunately be over the 30 day limitation.

If you would like us to check the specific order or tracking number, can you please contact our support directly using the options in the top left of your account with that information and we will be happy to investigate further for you.

Hello,

Per your response to me, I do not have access to email all as my account is FREE.

The tracking no. that I'm inquiring about is:

9400 1102 0082 9084 8009 92

I canceled the shipment in July, but did not see a refund post.

Hi Mandy, thank you for the tracking information.

It looks like that label was created July 10th, which, unfortunately means it is beyond the 30 day cancellation limit. 

You mentioned you had cancelled the label back in July. It does not appear to have been cancelled from your ShippingEasy account. Do you recall if you tried to cancel that from your Endicia account?

If so, you may want to reach out to them directly at1-800- 576-3279 to find out why you did not receive a refund for that cancelled label.
