Why can't I see the support phone number and why isn't the chat available?

My Shipping cost is already showing .It wont let me finish an pay! Why do I have to buy postage it says :

 Please add postage in order to continue? Another 10.00 ? to Endica ??

I can not get my site to connect to yours . Where is your stupid contact number? U cant be serious.....no contact number ?

i can't log in! I have tried changing my password and I still can not log in  I need help!  I think my email may be incorrect how can I change it if I can't log into my account?
