I was double charged for a shipment going through FedEx. I printed out a paid shipping label through ShippingEasy and dropped it off at FedEx. The next thing I see is a charge on my FedEx account and credit card for more than what I was quoted and they were charging me a second time for the shipment. I am searching for an invoice to show proof of payment to FedEx for the shipment and cannot find the area to show the proof of payment. How do I go about resolving this issue?

Hi Kimberly,
Thank you for posting to our forums!
For FedEx shipments, the rate you see in ShippingEasy is a quote that comes from the FedEx API. You are not charged for FedEx shipments via ShippingEasy. The shipment will show up on your FedEx invoice that you usually receive from them. This is mentioned in the following article from our Knowledge Base:
How do I get billed for Fedex postage printed in ShippingEasy?
If you find that the amount charged was different than the rate quote you saw, then there could be a few different factors at play. I recommend taking a look at this article:
Why am I being quoted different rates in ShippingEasy than on FedEx?
If that doesn't explain the difference you see then I would advise to contact your FedEx Rep directly. Again, the rate you see in ShippingEasy is quote that comes from FedEx and you are not charged for the label until it appears on your invoice.
I hope that clarifies things for you!
