Unable to print 1st class label

I have both Endicia accounts connected but when I try to print 1st class I get this:

I've reached out to them as indicated but no joy on an answer.  Any ideas what's missing I can look at?

LABEL FAILED
This is the error message we've received back from USPS:
This account is not qualified to access Endicia Label Server. Please contact Endicia customer support at (650) 321 2640 x130 or LabelServer@endicia.com. Error encountered (Log ID: 35700)

Hi Chris,

Thank you for posting to our forum!

We typically see this error messaging from Endicia when an existing Endicia account is used within ShippingEasy that they consider "not compatible".  

Endicia will be the best resource as figuring out the exact issue.  I recommend calling them at 1-800-576-3279 if you cannot reach them via the other methods listed in the error messaging.
