Using ConnectEasy 4.12.1 - OSX- 10.12.3 Sierra- Using Firefox and Safari-The app connects and my printers are shown as "active" and "Online"...but in the browser in the ConnectEasy printer setup the label printer and invoice printer no longer populate the dropdown printer list even after the refresh. This has been working without issues for over 2 years and has suddenly stopped. I have not updated printer drivers etc...
I have tried everything I can think of including ConnectEasy reinstalls...
Ideas?

Have you tried quitting and restarting ConnectEasy, after logging into ShippingEasy? If not, can you try quitting ConnectEasy from the Icon in the Menu Bar, and then restarting from your Applications folder?
If that does not allow you to add your printers, please confirm you are able to print to them directly from your computer.
