We often put notes in the Shopify order details section after somebody makes an order. It is much smoother to use that jumping back and forth between shopify and ShippingEasy. The only issue is that I am trying to add these notes from Shopify into the packing slips, and I am unable to find a way how. I have messed around with some coding, but to no avail. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

Thank you for posting to our forums!
If you are referring to internal notes in Shopify, then we would only sync that information if the notes were placed before the order synced with ShippingEasy or if the status of the order changed.
Because the Shopify API does not recognize adding internal notes as an "order update", if you only add or edit the internal notes in Shopify, it will not get updated in ShippingEasy.
To ensure the internal notes sync to ShippingEasy, make sure to also change the status of the Shopify order. This will force the order to indicate a change or "order update" has occurred, which will then be picked up by the ShippingEasy API.
