My Jane.com orders won't sync-they are less than 7 days old

 Only my orders from Saturday will import, need my orders from Thursday and Friday last week!  Thank you!

Thank you for posting to our forums!

Sorry to hear you ran into an issue with Jane orders not syncing.  I just did a manual callback on your account to bring through orders from the past 8 days.  Please keep in mind that Jane.com does not recognize order statuses so, a "shipped" order is viewed the same as an order that hasn't been shipped.  I would recommend double checking the orders that synced to your Orders page and manually deleting those you do not need to ship.  Steps for doing that can be found here:  How to: Delete an order

If you have any other orders that do not sync, you can input those via our Manual Orders tool:  How to: Add a Manual Order.  Should you ever upgrade to a paid subscription, you could upload the orders via a CSV file upload as well.

Sorry, I am unsure how fast the turnaround time is on this forum, but I needed to have those packages shipped very soon!  Thank you!
