Label won't print

Hello,

I've been trying to print a label for a customer (Storenvy) and the new tab opens, but no label or anything shows up. I have my ABP disabled for your site, so it's not that. The tab is completely blank, no label showing up. I need to ship this ASAP!

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles printing a label.  Looking at your account, it seems your most recent labels did generate correctly.  As such, it could be an issue with your PDF reader.  I would recommend making sure your browser is using Adobe to open PDF files by following the steps here:  Why does my PDF label not open directly in my browser?

Then, update Adobe reader using the steps listed in the articles linked below for your particular operating system:

How to update Adobe Reader for Mac
