My call back URL in prestashop does not contain the "S" in https// but in the store settings it does. I cant seem to get my store to connect so I am wondering if it is because of this mis-match.

While your PrestaShop call back URL will need an SSL certificate to work correctly, that will only affect call back information sent from ShippingEasy to Prestashop after your orders have been shipped.

If your PrestaShop orders are not syncing to ShippingEasy, it is important to confirm the ShippingEasy module has been installed and a PrestaShop order status has been selected for the orders you want to have automatically sent to your ShippingEasy account.

If the ShippingEasy module has been installed, can you confirm the order status you selected in the module (step 17), matches the current status of your PrestaShop orders?
