Enable USPS Hold for Pickup

My company sells sensitive products that a significant amount of our customers do not want delivered to their home.

Usually, they'll have it sent to work, a friend's house, that type of thing.

Increasingly, customers are asking for USPS Hold for Pickup, but this is not supported in ShippingEasy. It would be a huge lifesaver for us, and the USPS API already supports this. I also already see it integrated into a popular competitor of ShippingEasy, which I actually believe is owned by the same company.

I have no doubt that many retailers using SE can benefit from this. Especially me!
