I have been having issues printing labels since this afternoon. They process fine, but then when I go to print they are not loading to allow me to print them. I thought it was an isolated incident and cancelled the original label and duplicated it to create a new label, but I am still having the same problem.
I was able to print a label this morning without any issues, but this has been an issue since about 2pm this afternoon.

Based on your account plan and settings, any labels you choose to print from ShippingEasy should appear in another web browser tab as a PDF label.
If your labels are not popping up in another browser tab, it is possible your browser is suddenly unable to process PDF's for some reason. This can happen due to a plug-in failure or corruption. We would recommend testing with another web browser to see if that works instead.
If you are able to get a PDF label to appear in your web browser, but you are unable to print the label, we would recommend you download and try printing directly from your computer.
If you are still unable to print the label directly from your computer, you may want to contact the manufacturer of your printer or computer for further assistance in printing from your computer.
Once you are able to print from your computer, you should then be able to print the PDF labels from your web browser.
