Ecwid Orders No Longer Syncing with ShippingEasy

Everything was working fine until last week. Now ShippingEasy will no longer sync my Ecwid orders.

ShippingEasy shows my store as 'Connected' in the Integration settings.

But when I try to click sync in my orders, orders do not show up.

Everything was working fin until recently.

Thanks for posting to our forums!

It's possible that Ecwid was experiencing issues yesterday as I heard one other report of this.  The good news is, it looks like Ecwid orders are syncing today.  

If you are still missing orders, please provide the order numbers, order statuses, and the dates the orders were placed so I can troubleshoot further. If you are in a rush to ship, you can always place Manual Orders for those:
