Change store name for recipient section of email

I only use Shipping Easy to email customers prepaid return labels. When customers receive my email the recipient sections says the email is from "Store Settings Name" instead of my store name. I have the free starter plan. How do I fix this?

Hello Joshua, and thank you for posting to our community!

After checking your account, I was unable to find any examples of return labels that have been emailed from your account.

Is it possible you have two different accounts with ShippingEasy? If so, could you contact our support directly at issues@shippingeasy.com with the email addresses associated with each account?

If you only have the one account, the return email template you have created does not appear to include "Store Settings Name". You can test the email, by sending a test email, using the steps here: How to: Create a custom Email Template and save it to your store

Hopefully that information helps, but please email our support directly, if we are missing something, or you have more than one account.
