Add Option to show SUBTOTAL on packing slips

Was informed there is no value assigned to be able to add SUBTOTAL to the packing slips! Please add this feature :)

Hi Marissa, that you for writing in to us. 

Currently we can show the cost of the items listed without tax or shipping, what the customer paid in tax, what the customer paid for shipping, and the total with all that included.

Would a variable that just combines those totals for the listed items fit the bill? One that shows the total of the order on your website before tax and shipping?
