ISSUE: When I log into our Shipping Easy Free Starter Account, and view our orders, At the top right corner- Red triangle with explanation mark, and in red "1 ALERT". When clicking on it, it says that the "3dcart is currently experiencing API Connectivity issues. To learn more about the status of the resolution, please reach out to 3dcart support & inquire about the status of ticket ODG-xxx-xxxxx." (I did not replicate my ticket number here)
QUESTION: 1) how to get the suggested support or information, if there is no support for Free Starter Plan customers.
2) Free Starter Plan customers - where to check the status of a ticket's status.

This is actually a ticket number and issue that's open with 3dcart. The alert is requesting that you reach out directly to them regarding this issue. As it is not a ShippingEasy support request, it doesn't not fall within the support limitations of your ShippingEasy account.
