Error when purchasing label, but was still charged

I just tried to purchase a label and received an error that said to try again, but the postage for the label that didn't work was still removed from my balance. How do I get my money back?

I was unable to see any failed labels on your account. I did see that you've been able to print 4 labels. If this isn't correct, please let us know by sending the failed order number to issues@shippingeasy.com

I had this exact same issue. After purchasing a label it said it could not be created and took me back to purchase it again. It worked the same time but it took money out of my account both items. How do I get mt money back for the label that I did not get?
