Label will not print

My label just keeps opening and scrolling on a blank page. It has already charged me and moved to the shipment history page. Even the reprint option goes to a spinning blank page and no printing. Please advise?

Hi Lynn and Teresa,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with printing your labels.

For your browser are you using Microsoft Edge?  If so, would you please try on another browser such as Google Chrome?  We've had some reports that PDF files are not displaying correctly in Edge.

Please let me know in the comments below if that works.  I'd be glad to troubleshoot further if that doesn't do the trick.

Hi Laura,

To piggyback off of my response to the others above:

Are you using Microsoft Edge as your browser?  If so, would you please try Google Chrome and see if that works?

Please let me know in the comments if that works or not.  Thank you!

More detail here, as I have the same problem - not Edge. I use IE11 on Windows 10. When I go to print or reprint, it opens another browser window as it should, but goes blank (waiting for shipeasy app.....) rather than creating a PDF document.

I am a new BASIC customer, trying to get Shipping Easy to work. I do NOT as yet use CONNECTEASY -- as I'm already getting burned for postage as I Cancel Shipments due to this problem.

So - again - it's deeper than Edge browser -- and I don't feel like clogging up my laptop again w/ Chrome.

Help please. Thanks in advance!

Ron Back again - yes Chrome works fine for popping up the label PDF. Really did NOT want to put Chrome back on my system, as it does not work well w/ some other systems I use.

Please address the printing bug related to IE/Edge browsers. Thanks.

Hi Ron,

Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft so they are longer providing updates to that browser. It's possible that they eventually deploy a fix for the PDF issue for the Edge browser. In the meantime, I would recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, though ShippingEasy is optimized for Chrome.

Another option would be to use ConnectEasy as it bypasses the PDF step all together. Should you decide to give ConnectEasy a try, here are the steps to add it, install it based on your operating system, and then configure your printer(s) for it:

How to: Add ConnectEasy to a Starter subscription

How to: Install ConnectEasy (Windows)

How to: Install ConnectEasy (Mac)

How to: Configure ConnectEasy for printing

Thanks!

This is happening again. SHippineasy should be usable on Edge and all decent browsers. Shippingeasy is getting terrible.
