I have set up the International Shipping Customs information, the system is still not calculating postage on a Canadian order.

Thank you. Looks like that is not what we were doing. Can you confirm that 14.73 would be an accurate calculattion for shipping 9 oz? Seems high. Can you confirm there is no media mail for Canada?

$14.73 for that weight would be correct according to our rate table: First-Class Mail International - Package Service - Commercial Base (Rate Table)
Yes, Media Mail is only for Domestic shipments.

Thank you posting to our forums!
I see a Canadian order on your Ready to Ship page. When I select the Service and the Packaging using the drop down boxes, a rate appears there.
