Orders from 3dCart not Syncing

Hi! 

Every so often I have to manually add an order in my 3dCart store. When I do this usually it is a replacement or a free gift.  

When I complete the order in 3dCart it is marked as:

Shipping Method : Free Shipping
Payment Method:  No Payment Necessary
Order Status:  New

All other orders that are marked in the NEW order status syncs fine.  All other orders that are marked with Free Shipping, with order status NEW, syncs fine.  

I think it has something to do with the No Payment Necessary, But not sure, can't find anything else on this issue.  

How can I get ALL Orders marked as the status NEW synced?  I have disconnected and reconnected, I have checked the order Statuses, they all seem fine.

Hi Billy,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

3dcart has been experiencing issues with their API recently.  As such, I would recommend generating a new API token.  Steps for doing that can be found in our integration guide:  How to: Integrate 3dcart with ShippingEasy

Hopefully that will do the trick for both 3dcart issues you are experiencing but if not, please comment below so we can troubleshoot further.

Also, It seems as if the orders will not sync.  I have clicked to sync multiple times but it keeps saying the last sync was Never.  And I have had to reconnect 3dcart and ShippingEasy twice now because it gives me an alert saying that The two have become disconnected.
