I am requested to enter my ConnectEasy Passcode every time I boot up my computer. Why is this necessary and how do I avoid having to do this? thanks

Thank you for posting to our forums!

It sounds like ConnectEasy is not fully set up.  I recommend uninstalling the program and then re-installing it using our guides below based on your operating system:

How to: Install ConnectEasy (Windows)

How to: Install ConnectEasy (Mac)

 

After you uninstall and re-install, please configure your printer(s) under Settings then Printer Configuration as shown here:

How to: Configure ConnectEasy for printing

Hopefully that does the trick but if not, please post in the comments below so we can troubleshoot further.  We'll need to know your operating system type, printer model, and version of ConnectEasy.
