I've had an account for long time, although I don't use it consistently. My eBay orders will no longer sync - not automatically and not manually. Per suggestions I found, I tried reconnecting it with eBay. Then I tried Archiving my store and re-activating it. I cleared my internet history/cache. Nothing is working.

It looks like your eBay store is connected and syncing hourly, which indicates there may be a problem syncing specific orders to your ShippingEasy account based on order status.
To investigate further we will need Order number information so that we can look those up via the API connection.
